To access the ReACT Self-Service Password Reset portal, you must provide a valid ReACT user ID. If you are unaware of your ReACT user ID, you will need to contact your Helpdesk for further assistance. When ready, click 'Continue'. In the event that a ReACT user ID is locked, disabled, or not recognized, you will receive a message with additional instructions.

Welcome to the NEW Champlain College self-service account portal. If you were registered in the OLD self-service portal you will need to register again here. From here, new students and employees can activate their account and existing users have the ability to reset their password or unlock their account.

    Follow the steps below to activate your Champlain account. Once you’ve activated your account, you will be able to get access to Champlain College online resources with your new login credentials.

    Step 1: Account Activation

    To log in and activate your account, you will need to enter your Champlain username. If you’re unsure of what your username is, please read the following:

    • Student Username: "first.last", where first is your full first name and last is your last name. For example, student Benjamin Jones would be benjamin.jones. (Note: The period between first and last is required.

    • Faculty/Staff Username: "flast" where f is the first letter of your first name, and last is your full last name. For example, Robert Smith would be rsmith.

    Step 2: Change Password

    Once you have signed in, you will need to change your password. Your temporary password will no longer work.

    Step 3: Security Set-up

    Next, you will be required to set up your multi-factor authentication methods, which will ensure that we can securely verify your identity, and so that you can reset your account should you forget your password, or get locked out of the system in the future.

    Did you forget your password? Are you locked out of your Champlain account? Sign into ReACT using your Champlain ID (see Account Activation above if you’ve forgotten your ID), and use the self-service links to get into your account using the authentication options available.     If you would like to update to a new password please sign in using your Champlain username, then select Password Reset, and continue with 2-Factor Authentication.
